We take pride in delivering your custom busts safely and on time. Please review the information below to understand how we process and ship your order.
Every bust is made-to-order, so please allow 3–5 business days for production and processing.
During high-demand periods, total fulfillment time (processing + shipping) may take up to 20 business days, depending on volume and destination.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Delivery timelines vary based on location and carrier performance. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after your shipment confirmation is sent.
We currently ship within the United States only. (International shipping coming soon!)
Please do not use P.O. Boxes — a valid physical address and phone number is required for delivery and carrier updates.
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other external factors are outside our control — but we’re here to help:
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, contact us within 7 days so we can file a claim with the carrier.
If your package is confirmed lost, we’ll reship or refund according to the outcome of the carrier claim.
Please double-check your address during checkout.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it (additional shipping charges may apply) or refund you minus shipping costs.
Once your order is in transit, we cannot reroute the shipment.
If your order arrives damaged or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

You may cancel your order before it ships for a full refund.
