Scuplify – Return & Refund Policy

At Scuplify™, your satisfaction matters. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review this policy before requesting a return or refund.


What This Covers

Physical products: Custom 3D-printed busts and related accessories.

Digital products: Files, guides, or downloadable content (if offered).


Return Eligibility (Physical Items)

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and parts.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we may not accept returns on fully personalized items unless damaged or incorrect.

  • If your order arrives damaged or missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we’ll replace the item or resolve the issue promptly.


Digital Products

All digital product sales are final once accessed or downloaded.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email contact@scuplify.shop with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

If your request is eligible, we’ll send you return instructions and an RMA number.

Use a trackable shipping service to return your item.

Return shipping and original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault (e.g. wrong, damaged, or defective item).


Cancellations (Before Shipping)

You can cancel your order before it ships for a full refund. Once the order has shipped, please use the return process above.


Refund Timing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Processing times may vary by your payment provider or bank.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital products once accessed or downloaded

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

  • Used or damaged products due to customer handling

  • Customized busts with no quality issue (due to personalization)

  • Final-sale items and gift cards


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or card issuer.

  2. If still unresolved, contact us at contact@scuplify.shop.


Shipping Notes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can refund the item minus shipping costs (unless the issue was our error).


Our “Looks-Right” Promise

If your bust doesn’t arrive as expected — missing parts, defects, or clear issues — we’ll make it right.
We'll offer a fix, free replacement, or refund depending on the situation — no hassle.
